Suzuki Swift Wishbones

CarrPrep where given a pair of wishbones to copy, The first task was to manufacture a jig to exact and identical dimensions matching all the critical points to very fine tolerances. The bosses and plates were then drafted out before being made in house.  The end plates were laser cut by a local partner. All the brackets were fabricated from sheet steel and the tubes were shaped using our own in-house tube bender. The wishbones where then welded together using tig welding and traditional brazing techniques.
